He has provided advisory services and practical assistance to companies across many disciplines, with a focus on start-ups and scale-ups, using his long, direct experience in leadership and management of projects and companies.

Griff has assisted founders and directors with their projects from the conceptualization stage right up to delivery and onwards into regular business flows.

He is skilled at listening to executives and understanding their goals and using that information to help engineer the stages of work needed to deliver successful outcomes. Apart from understanding the practical elements of starting or running a business, Griff is also able to offer advice and assistance at the strategic level and has fronted or assisted with numerous capital raises.
